Refund policy
Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, please read the return policy below:
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us at info@krcosmetics.gr before the 14-day period expires.
Please note that this right does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery. As our products are cosmetics and personal care items, returns of opened/unsealed products cannot be accepted.
1. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products (cosmetics & personal care items), returns are accepted only if the product is sealed, unused, and in its original packaging.
Returns must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or was delivered incorrectly.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Opened or used products
- Products on sale or discounted bundles
- Special-order or limited-edition products
2. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you have received a defective or incorrect product, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery by sending photos of the product and proof of purchase to [info@krcosmetics.gr].
3. Return Process
Contact us at [info@krcosmetics.gr], stating your order number and the reason for the return.
Once the return is approved, we will send you instructions for returning the product.
Once we receive and inspect the product, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
